The What & Why of Spiritual Gifts
Saturdays 6:00pm starting Oct. 3
Pastor Greg White
Pastor Greg White is teaching The What and Why of Spiritual Gifts, and it’s going to be a fantastic opportunity to explore what the Bible says about spiritual gifts, but it’s not only an academic exercise. We’re wanting to see clearly how spiritual gifts, in accordance with scripture, apply to you as an individual believer and how it applies to our church as a whole and the the body of Christ at large.
Hearing the Voice of God in the Psalms
Wednesdays 6:30pm starting Sept. 30
Pastor Kenny McCune
The goal of this class is threefold: First, we want to be sure that we have the skills needed to properly read the Psalms, second we want to be able to hear the voice of God within the Psalms in the way the Lord intends and finally we want to be able to learn to more fully participate in worship, praise, thanksgiving, celebration of wisdom and even lamenting as the Psalms teach us to do. This is going to be a great chance for you to know how to read the Bible, how to gain spiritual understanding of what you are reading and how to respond in a right and genuine way.
